John McKeegan

Vice President

John McKeegan specializes in strategic communications to manage reputations, influence public policy, build consensus and create change. His work has supported clients in a broad range of industries, including academic medicine, health care, insurance, utilities, pharmaceuticals and petroleum, often after crises. Many of his campaigns include multiple tactics, among them strategies for social media, traditional media, executive communications, internal communications, advocacy and spokesman training.

John previously served as a vice president for a Little Falls–based crisis and strategic communications firm. His strategic communications work and op-eds on behalf of clients have been honored with a PRSA Bronze Anvil Award and PR News Platinum PR Award and appeared in some of the largest and most influential online and print publications in the country, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Philadelphia Inquirer, New York Daily News, Newsday, the Star‐Ledger, the Washington Times, The Huffington Post, and The Hill.

John also has worked a manager of corporate communications with Johnson & Johnson, providing strategic counsel and acting as a spokesman for consumer products and its initiative to promote careers in nursing.

A former reporter, editor and columnist for a regional newspaper, John graduated from the University of Rochester in 1983.
